why 4 tec edge and 4 spreading seas?

Because those are cards that I have and Tec Edge is really good plus i think that spreading seas is really underrated as a cantrip

2 Grave Titan and 1 JMS seems like a really bad idea if you want to actually win games. 3 major win cons in a control deck wont get the job done. You really need at least 3 JMS if you are only going to run 2 graves so you can win a majority of your games. I realize the tar pits can also get the win but they are very prone to a high amount of removal which makes them not as reliable.

Other than that the deck looks really solid and the 8 card land disruption package is absolutely needed with the decks that show themselves in standard right now.
