I want to make a deck something like this. I like echo mage aswell. I just noticed that anytime anyone drops a leveler like lighthouse, echo mage, or transendent master, its usually destroyed asap. But what fun the deck could be!

I would also probably remove brave the elements for maybe some mana leaks? They are not usefull to protect your blue creatures.

Where is the Student of Warfare? IMO it's a must in leveler decks.
IMO cryptologists are too slow in a leveling deck. If you are running a bit low on cards, there are other more potent cards out there. Instead I would go with Students of Warfare or Skywatcher Adepts. Maybe bring in some Turn Aside, or other cheap counters to protect the Transcendent Master or the Chronologists
Other draw-cards could be: Preordain, Foresee (scrying to get out training grounds or teachers) or Steady Progress (proliferate + draw) PS. Also, 4x Kabira Vindicators are a bit much in my oppinion
