Deck Description

A white control deck centered on Sphere of Safety. I've been playing casual mostly, so I wanted to start getting into standard with the M15 release and this seemed like a reasonable deck without breaking the bank.

How to Play

Here's what I'm thinking...

Turn 1: Forest + Elvish Mystic
Turn 2: Plains + Verdant Haven
Turn 3: Plains + Sphere of Safety
Turn 4: Land + Hushwing Gryff + Ethereal Armor (with mana leftover!)

Add in Pacifism/Oppressive Rays/Oblivion Rings as needed.

If your playing against creature aggro I think this will be brutal. If you're playing against discard/burn, side in Aegis of the Gods. If they're running heavy removal, add in extra Spectra Wards.

I see you are running more then a few Auras you could run Heliod's Pilgrim for a nice little search engine. I also agree on the creatures with hexproof so they can't be targeted like Bassara Tower Archer or Gladecover Scout. You could also go with Sylvan Caryatid over Elvish Mystic, can add any color that is need plus a nice blocker for early game, hope this helps.

Thanks for the suggestions! I'll have to play test some of those ideas. I'm not sure Heliod's would be super beneficial, but Sylvan Caryatid would definitely be a nice touch.

Updated, the green mana-ramping didn't seem to be helping much, so switched to mono-white control. Using Heliod, God of the Sun or any creature + Ethereal Armor + Spectra Ward as win conditions.

Yea the decks good but your relying off of drawing only a few creatures so a few more creatures wouldn't hurt and you might want to fix up your how to play section. Lol
