Deck Description

Running it Black/Red for use of awesome cards like Conquering Manticore, Blightning, Lightning Bolt, Sarkhan the Mad, etc.

Main point of this deck is to buff up your vamps (and beetle) by sacrificing your guys super fast.

Power-houses
1) Mortician Beetle - gains +1/+1 counter for each sacrifice. Growing power.
2) Bloodthrone Vampire - gains +2/+2 till end of turn for each sac'd creature.

Supply
1) Bloodghast - exploit his landfall. exploit it to hell. Use fetch-lands to double his landfall output, and sac as much as possible to increase power.
2) Pawn of Ulamog - everytime one of your guys die/sac'd, you get a 0/1 eldrazi spawn token, that can either be used for mana acceleration, or quick buffs for Bloodthrone.
3) Kalastra Highborn - for each time you sacrifice Bloodghast, pay 1 black mana to gain 2 life and have them lose 2 life. Use rapid to gain quick life advantage.
4) Sarkhan the Mad - use his -2 to sacrifice Bloodghasts, and in return, get 5/5 flying dragons, while buffing your Beetle.

Artifacts
1) Blade of the Bloodchief - equip to your Bloodthrone Vampire, then start buffing like mad. She instantly becomes a super Mortician Beetle.
2) Basilisk Collar - slap on your Bloodthrone Vampire, and start sacrificing your Bloodghasts to buff her, then swing for awesome lifegain. equip to your Mortician Beetle during late game.

Spells
1) Blightning - plain and simple, 3 damage + 2 cards discarded.
2) Grim Discovery - cycle your fetch lands + bloodghasts for more sacrificing.

Sideboard
1) Malakir Bloodwitch - use for anti-white decks and good lifegain.
2) Vampire Hexmage - kills off Planeswalkers. Can cycle with Grim Discovery if playing against UWr Planeswalker control.
3) Soul's Fire - drop it on a Mortician Beetle, late game, for an explosive hit.
4) Duress - good for planeswalker/counter removal.

Deck discussion for Sacrifical Vampires

I like it. Creative and definatly playable. The one flaw in your description is that the highborn cannot use its ability for the spawn tokens. Only vampires. You are a bit heavy on lands, so I would say minus 2-4 of them, particullarly the refugee because it slows you down, I advise adding in terminate considering it is the best kill spell and fits your colors well.

True, I was a tad bit heavy on lands, but that's mainly because I couldnt find too much to fill a 1-for spot :P

I guess I'll take out 4 refuge, +2 basic lands, and +2 umm... I wanna add Conquering Manticore, either that or something else big.

Nevermind, I instead decided to drop lands to 23, then threw in Blade of the Bloodchief, additional bonus counters, probably to Bloodthrone Vamp.

Yeah... I did look at him, but I didnt like. His mana is a bit out there. Once I get to Late Game, my Mortician Beetle / Bloodthrone + Blade of the Bloodchief combo should be much more powerful than him. 3/3 for 6 mana didnt thrill me.
