Perhaps Ancient Stirrings in place of, or in addition to Index? That way you can look for Emrakul and throw him right into your hand if you see him instead of just repositioning him. I like this very much. I may actually build an extended deck very similar to this in the very near future.

Great idea on the deck, what about tossing in some Elvish Spirit Guide and Simian Spirit Guide for more free mana, plus would save on some life loss. Then toss in a Mass Hysteria (all creatures gain haste for 1 mana) meaning attack first turn and then your next turn to finish them off.
I loved this deck, plan on doing a similar to it. You could add Lotus Petals or Chancellor of the Tangle for 2 mana in first turn, then u channel and and drop emrakul with a haste artifact. 15 dmg and then 15 dmg dead.
