Deck discussion for Tariel hates everything you do

The problem I see with this deck is you will draw hate from everyone at the table just for using it. After your first game with it people may attack you just because they see that it hurts them for even trying to play Magic. With that in mind it doesn’t seem like you have the defenses to hold off everyone, especially if they attack you right away. You could try to work more on defenses to make sure you are able to stand up to that.
An alternative is to do more like you described and hurt people for attacking you, with limited griefing for everyone. Things like Chains of Mephistopheles, Aether Sting, Painful Quandary, Polluted Bonds, Rule of Law, Tectonic Instability, Ankh of Mishra, Mana Web and similar effects like those that hurt people just for playing are griefing cards and will likely get you attacked if your deck is full of them. Things like Ward of Bones and Damping Engine are good because they only hurt the person with the most permanents so only one person will hate you and everyone else might be glad to see those. Cards like Martyr’s Bond and Karmic Justice are great because they keep people from destroying your stuff which is a form of attacking you. You could add in Grave Pact as well to fit with those.
There’s a number of cards that destroy creatures that deal damage to you. While these don’t prevent the damage they may make people think twice about attacking you. Dread, Mikaeus, the Unhallowed, and No Mercy all serve this purpose and plus Mikaeus give undying. Vengeful Pharaoh can surprise player with this effect from you graveyard. You could also use more death touch creatures to prevent the damage from getting through to you. Darien, King of Kjeldor and Teysa, Envoy of Ghosts make tokens when attacked to further discourage attacking you and Teysa also destroys the creatures, plus she has protection from creatures for decent blocking ability.
You could use Molten Primordial, Conquering Manticore, and other similar effects can allow you to steal creatures to punish those that attack you. Insurrection can do the same or with luck give you the win. If you want to be a real jerk you can combine those effects with sacrifice effects such as Glaws of Gix, Ashnod’s Alter, and Spawning Pit so their creatures never return. With Martyr’s Bond and Grave Pact this can be effective for clearing creatures, with Insurrection and Martyr’s Bond you may wipe the board of everything if you want to be truly evil.
If you go for all these destruction and sacrifice effects you may want to make use of all the creatures leaving play. Harvester of Souls gets you cards and Sepulchral Primordial can loot graveyards. With enough sacrifice effects out you may want to consider It That Betrays. It’s expensive to play but if you can pull it off you can steal a lot of stuff. If you do use It That Betrays you probably want All Is Dust for board wiping.
Those are my ideas how you can make a deck that fits more with what you described, “a deck that punishes you for attacking me with some griefing cards.” Although you may also want to reconsider your general. Kaalia is good but you need to work to use her and she does seem to fit with what you want. You might get a free play out of her but she’s likely to die and the card you get may also die. I think Tariel, Reckoner of Souls would probably be better because you can just loot a random creature from someone else. Plus it’s better at beating down opponents for that eventual win. Oros, the Avenger might even be better then Kaalia as a bigger creature and it could help clear away some creatures.
