I think that you really need to cut the webs entirely and cut down the number of swords. The Pro colors is amazing and so is spawning people but it slows the deck down a ton. This seems like a nifty take on the concept of infect but with out the kill spells your going to be stopped game after game.

Now this looks vicious, if you have the money to pick it up try getting some verdant catacombs because it will help with the duel color issue. Also i dont know if you have trouble getting the duel black for Grasp but if you do i would suggest vendetta, Consuming Vapors or smother. You also have a mana curve near 2.8 i would guess, this makes me think that the 24 lands could be to much, and i LOVE sign in blood, 4 of those will help you get mana and other things that could be usefull to you at the time. I know people dont like to lose life but its generally ok, and it draws to cards out. That makes me think for each card it draws it cuts your deck size that much meaning you essentially have only 48 cards if you run 4 sign in bloods and Verdant Cat, just a thought, but i really like this, let me know how it goes :).
Oh and your Black to Green mana ratio is 3:1 so try mixing up the land from a even to slightly tilted in the swamps favor, since septic rats and grasp are duel black it could help, and Cystbear is only one green, Putrefax is 2 green but also later game so its ok, your more likely to have the green by than.
