I would run 4 Mana Leak over your Stoic Rebuttal considering you have no artifacts in your deck. I would also recommend Scrapdiver Serpent over Harbor Serpent due to the fact almost everyone is currently playing with artifacts. Last suggestion would be maybe adding in 4Foresee for the 4 steady progress, i understand the desire to get counters on the Temple, but with Foresee you can make sure a creature card is on top for a couple turns. Overall i like the deck considering it is standard and not too many great Serpents, Kraken, Octopus, and Leviathan's are really out. I like Ula's Temple alot, there is a lot flavor behind it and if you want to add even more flavor add Ulamog to the deck since it's his temple. :)
