I actually think you don't need path of discovery or nissa
-2 nissa
-2 path of discovery

+ 4 winding constricter

And I don't think elves are need in such a low curve
-4 elves
+4 pelt collector?

Pelt collector has good syngery with winding constricter

Maybe rishkar could also go well in this kind of deck?

I understand it's not hard to know a role but I personally don't enjoy looking at every card, and when I'm deck building I enjoy sorting cards based on role to see what I need more of or less of.

I always like defender decks I thin hautli should be swapped for assault formation, while hautli is good with high toughness she doesn't allow defenders to attack.

I have a similar deck to this but I splashed blue for Headron crab and muldrotha. https://www.mtgvault.com/trackingdevice/decks/sultai-gifts/
I've had success with my casual playgroup and something I've noticed is that you want a lot more creatures
I think playing creatures with etb can replace your Noncreature spells such as shriekmaw as a removal spell instead of putrefy.

Not sure if you are in a strict budget with this so I'll suggest non budget and budget versions
First I would get more single target removal
A play set of path to exile should do for now
--or journey to nowhere for budget
Next maybe some stronger walkers to close out games such as Gideon ally of zendikar and Elspeth sun champion
--or I also like ugin from war of the spark in my casual budget control decks makes a token and nets you a card
A few cards you could drop..
--gideon's sacrifice doesn't really do much at all
--hautli's raptor as a two drop it seems to want to come out before the walkers but it is weaker that way
--body double seems odd for this deck maybe try spark double instead

I don't usually comment on these threads or other deck tbh, but this one peaked my interest. I like the idea of people being supportive just as you said, but I only use vault to store deck ideas I'm passionate about and I'm sure many others do to; however, I keep mine unlisted and I'm not really worried about likes. I would love to be a part of the community, but sadly a lot communication is unavailable. Sure I could comment on decks and suggest a card here or there, just, I feel like it could be a step farther. Imagine vault being more of a social media site we can pull ideas from them, such as, a live chat system (an all chat or smaller group chats), a mix between decks and forum (article decks). We could have tabs sorting formats so you can see only the decks that concern you. People will always make a quick draft of a deck and walk away, the problem is that it fills the home page.

P.S. a few things I would like to see is
a custom category for making commander decks such as ramp spells, draw spell, etc. I feel it'll be easier to build and view a deck versus looking at a pile of creatures, spells, and lands.
Also maybe an auto tag system for if a deck meet certain theshold on subjects it gets an tag for that thing
Such as "decks under 50 dollars get a budget tag" or "decks with a high creature count is creature centric".

So if you stay in blue and green I don't really think you really need birds when I see your curve.
I think Sidisi's faithful could replace birds or even the kraken hatchling... Permeating Mass is also an interesting choice for dealing with big threats.

You could run arcades, the strategist.
Also, I suggest running creatures with higher toughness like wall of omen is good.
Wall of Frost is an old classic along with wall of tanglecord.

Is this a budget deck I would add some duel lands
Also I would drop attune with aether with something else, Anything else honestly I don't think it is good in a deck like this.

I would drop exemplars for something else like lightning helix and a faster creature.

If you use the idea I had you could go with hornet queen or armada wurm.
Which would create a ton of tokens when copied with parallel lives or anointed possession.

Here is a few cards I was thinking of.
I will build a version of this deck and share what I come up with

--Wurmcoil Engine x4
--Parallel Lives x4
--Rite of Replication x2

Wurmcoil with Parallel is already good but with rite of replication it will be crazy

I would say forget the white and go Parallel Lives instead and use green ramp.
If I was picking a target for Rite I would check things with hexproof so your opponent can't shoot it down with something like path to exile.
