Infinite "enter the battlefield" loop to do almost anything: infinitely strong creatures, infinite life, infinite creature with trample, or deal infinite direct damage!
Try to get either a myr or gloom surgeon turn 2, otherwise use a desperate research to try and find either a surgeon or one of the "exile another creature" card. If all else fails, drop a transguild promenade to fix any mana needs for the rest of the game. Turn 3 is ideal to drop fiend hunter if you have the mana, otherwise, put down a 2 drop and a guildgate. Turn 4 try to hit a changeling or butcher and target fiend hunter. Then turn 5 make sure you have one of the "whenever a creature enters the battlefield" cards on the field and drop a third "exiler" targeting the second. This will cause an infinite loop of entering the battlefield to abuse whatever card's effect you have out. You have to eventually choose a different target for an exiler so that the chain can be broken, otherwise the game is a draw, so make sure to have some way to do so, whether its an opponents creature or one of your own. It is really slow to play the changeling as your first exiler because you'll be removing an essential blocker from the field, but in a pinch it will work. Usually a win by turn 5-6.
