You can only have one tinker in your deck.
Slivers aren't fun in EDH, and some places even have them banned in EDH.
Reliquary Tower is always nice just in case. If you play multiplayer edh you need lots of destroy all effects; Day of Judgment, Wrath of God, Damnation, Excavation, Armageddon, etc.
I usually don't use Koth unless it's a mono-red deck, but that is usually preference.
I like it very much so.
I see a lack of mana.
It's very hard to judge an EDH deck by looking at it... You have to play it, or you won't know if it's good.
Phage the untouchable.
I've seen a very similar deck to this about a month ago.

Grindestone is awesome even with out painters servant. I beat my friend who was using every color on the 4th turn, Anyways, I like the deck.
Disrupt, next turn counterspell, turn after cancel, etc.
Runeflare Trap after molten psyche
You either need to make it pure mill or pure damage.
