Lotus Petal is restricted to one in vintage. Flash is restricted to one in vintage, and banned in legacy.

I would make this green/blue. Every time you counter something go "You mad bro?"
Remove of the equipment. Add shrine of burning rage. Remove of Goblin Gaveleer Make deck 60 cards.
Use four finest hours.

Replace Birds of Paradise with Noble Hierarch
Use 4 Finest Hours. 5 Combat Phases in one turn is amazing.
If you take out Shrapnel Blast, and replace it with Incinerate, or Quest for Pure Flame, the Deck can be standard/Type 2
Swords needed. This is no where near tournament quality by the way. However, I do enjoy the deck idea. That goblin saved my butt quite a few times.
He does need the 4 overrun, it's the win condition. Nature's lore isn't in standard. Once again Pattern of Rebirth isn't in standard.
It's only if you are sacrificing him to it. It has to be sacrificed before the spell is being cast.
