You just mill your entire library through Undercity Informer or Balustrade Spy because you have no lands and flashback Dread Return from your graveyard by sacrificing 3 Narcomoeba because if Narcomoeba hit your graveyard from the library they enter the battlefield then you return Angel of Glory's Rise to the battlefield from the graveyard which in turn brings your win condition Laboratory Maniac enters the battlefield so the next time you would draw a card with an empty library through let's say your Gitaxian Probe for the cost of 2 life instead of one blue mana or since Angel of Glory's Rise brings back all humans in your graveyard and Azami is in there she'll enter the battlefield along with Laboratory Maniac so you use Azami's ability to tap Laboratory Maniac since he is a wizard too to draw a card; summoning sickness does not factor into this scenario, with an empty library instead of losing Laboratory Maniac says you win the game instead. This deck is designed to be a First Turn Kill deck.
