Deck Description

Basicly a personal touch on a deck i've been beaten down with time and time again.

How to Play

This is based around modular, moving counters around onto 1 of the winning artifacts : triskelion or grindclock, use unwinding clock and clock of omens to place more counters on your creatures before sacrificing them using the ravager and moving all the counters onto him, then dismantle and place them on triskelion or grindclock to finish the game. Otherworld atlas is good for getting the cards you need.

Deck discussion for Grindclock

I hate to break it to you, but +1/+1 counters and Charge counters are completely different. It'd be like trying to move counters from arcbound to a planeswalker. +1 counters don't transfer to charge counters or loyalty counters. Plus, Ravager specifically says move them to another artifact creature.
You could dismantle Arcbound, but those +1 /+1 counters don't magically become charge counters.

Check rulings before you say something to someone who would believe you, i'm sorry if i sound a bit sassy, but you are wrong. This is perfectly legit in every way possible.

You're right, I should have and I apologize for not doing so, but, bad deck is still bad. You need a ravager on the field, which immedietely becomes the target of anybody that plays legacy. You need artifacts to sac to it, at least 2-4 things with modular to make it worth it. Then you need to resolve dismantle while grindclock is on the field at sorcery speed, so you can't even do it at the end of their turn or in response to them trying to blow up ravager.
I'll give you points for being somewhat original, but it boils down to being an inconsistent and much slower version of painter's servant and grindstone.

There are some hickups i'll have to work out over time and trial, but then again, i'm not really a fan of simple infinity combos, so i stay away from those as a rule, so painters/grindstone is out of the question for me, but i would gladly accept some advice or suggestions as to what i could do to improve it, and versatility is important to me so i'm going to be a bit reluctant to remove certain elements.

That's unfortunate, since it's really the only viable legacy mill deck, trust me on that, I've tried other ways.
The main thing with your deck is you have no way to deal with things that shuffle back into the library, Emrakul being the main concern, since he shuffles the entire graveyard back in.
I would drop Arcbound Overseer, since you have no way to drop him earlier than turn 8 at best. Put in 4 surgical extractions. Triskelion is cute and he is a win condition, but, he is 6 mana that you don't get to drop until turn 6. I would instead add 2 Archive Traps and 2 more Grindclocks since it is your main win condition. Archive Trap is extremely relevant in a format where it's not uncommon for 8 people at the same table to be searching their libraries all at once.
I would also drop 4 mountains for 4 ancient tombs, since that turn 1 Steel Overseer, or turn 2 Atlas.
Helm of Awakening is nice, but helps you're opponent quite a bit as well, I would drop 2 for 2 Blood Moon, since destroying almost every decks mana base is for some reason good. And you don't care your costs are all red or colorless.
This is all trying to keep Grindclock as your win condition. I've never liked the card since it's just a very bad version of grindstone.

Just by the way you are writing noe, i can tell you are far more expirienced and play far tougher games, but thanks for the input, i'll look into it

Well thank you, I do try. If you're looking to try being competitive in the legacy scene with mill, blue white painterstone is the way to go. *edit* Esper technically with surgical extraction, but you always pay the life for it, never the mana.
I do like your idea, as a casual deck is perfectly fine and would catch many by surprise.

Counters and modular is something i am very weak at.
Wish I could offer advice.

Only thing i know to suggest is, put more 1 mana cards in the deck.
