Deck discussion for 2/2 Emrakul???

Couple things I want to point out.
1: Name caught my attention but I don't see a 37 card deck working any time soon.
2: You have 8 copies of a card in here.

So I'm guessing that the idea of this deck is just to manifest emrakul asap but then do what? Still takes 15 mana to flip him over but I could see him along with other cards that hop right back into the deck once in the graveyard in a sacrifice deck since you'll never really lose them.

Yeah, sorry, this is a work in progress. Mtgvault is glitching for me and I'm trying to do this on mobile over crappy internet. The concept is still there, however, and I will probably finalize the deck within the next hour or two.

Ok, having modified the deck a fair bit, I am having difficulty finding a last couple cuts. Not sure on the amount of land, but 23-24 seems good with trying to use mastery of the unseen as a possible win. Also not sure about other ratios. Any advice would be appreciated.

I really do like the idea of this deck now that it's completed so here's a few suggestions:
-Drop flooded strand unless you add in shock lands just because it's expensive and a waste of potential synergy.
-Snapcasters to cloudshift your emrakul another time or your Iona. Speaking of Iona, I would consider another copy of it just because it could increase its consistency of locking down your opponent. I know it's based around Emrakul but that's just a personal opinion.
-Isochron Scepter is another good option in here. It's a cheaper snapcaster that can allow you to eternally get turns if you lock a cloudshift with it.
-Drop Mastery of the Unseen? I'm not sure if the reason it's in here is for the manifest for 4 but you won't gain life from flickering your emrakul.
-More scry cards. Couple recommendations would be Sensei's Divining Top, Brainstorm, and Ponder... Unless you want this to be modern, then these would be bad :P

Might seem like a lot of suggestions but those are just my thoughts. Hope these help!

I was planning on keeping this deck Modern, so the other scry suggestions are not really an option. On the topic of flooded strand, I like to have the utility of being able to shuffle away possible bad cards, but you are right that if you do need to fetch it could create some awkward situations. I will probably cut 1-2 of them for the fountains, you're right there.

In terms of the snapcasters and isochron scepters, you can't actually flicker an emrakul with cloudshift type effects, as the emrakul has protection from coloured spells. That being the case, I'm pretty sure i won't include isochron specter. However, snapcaster is still an interesting idea if you move the deck away from the sage-type creatures and instead have more cantrip effects.

You could also add in the gifts ungiven/unburial rites combo in here somewhere. This being the case, I think I like the deck how it is at the moment.

Mastery of the Unseen is an interesting decision. I quite like the ability to have consistent manifests, and it can stall a full board to give this deck some otherwise needed late game. It is definitely more slow than some of the other options you could use, like Cloudform, for instance. Yes, I know that flickering an emrakul does not give you the life gain, but if you do end up flickering an emrakul, why does the life gain matter at all? You just win the game on the spot 99% of the time. However, all the other creatures in the deck are really cheap, and if it does go late, being able to flip some sages face-up and gain tons of life and also rearrange future manifests seems pretty good for me. There definitely are arguments to be made for playing a more aggressive, combo oriented version, even one using omniscience (as it can too can get flipped off being manifested), but I quite like this version of the deck. Still not sure what to cut though. :)
