Deck Description

This deck is an original burn/stomp style deck for casual magic. Its fast and I mean realy fast. Hope you like what you see. The Uktabi's are great for 1st turn 5 damage hits. Side deck against swarm decks and plenty of artifact hate. Its a pretty mean deck.

It's pretty nice. I like the speed of the deck, it's got a lot of direct damage, and creatures to back it up. Although... the lands are expensive, like super expensive, not that it takes away from the deck in terms of power. I would personally recommend just using more practical lands like Fungal Reaches or Gruul Turf. If you do want to spend some money, then Fire-Lit Thicket and Grove of the Burnwillows are much more cost efficient than Taiga or Wooded Foothills. One land that I would highly recommend considering the way this deck is played is Contested Cliff.

Other than the expensive cards thing I think your deck would do great! Very fast and powerful, I like it.
I just like to make decks that I can afford XD.

pretty nifty, no Price of Progress?

@Nathaniell, um basic lands would work better for him than just about any of your suggestions. This deck is about speed and having the right mana necessary right away. It can't afford to sacrifice tempo with the Gruul turf, Fire-Lit Thicket or Fungal Reaches. It definitley can't run Contested Cliffs because Cliffs doesn't produce coloured mana and that anathema to this deck, and as for Grove of the Burnwillows, he really doesn't want to give his opponent life, like REALLY doesn't want to do that. Sure duals and the like are expensive, but they are what the deck needs, that's why he can afford to only run twelve.

yeah very nice speed here, i thought you would have something like Llanowar Elves to generate mana (due to winter orb) but most of yourcreatures are so cheap it doesnt matter. i just joined but check out the deck ive made so far
