This is a deck I built after flipping through some cards and realizing how well Quillspike and Devoted Druid worked together. It really isn't very refined, and probably needs quite a bit of work, especially in the sideboard.
The deck's main combo is pretty simple, and relies on Quillspike and Devoted Druid. Here's how it works:Have a Quillspike and a Devoted Druid on the battlefield.1. Tap Devoted Druid for a green mana.2. Put a -1/-1 counter on Devoted Druid, untapping it.3. Use that green mana to activate Quillspike's ability, and remove the counter from Devoted Druid.4. Repeat.Flourishing Defenses provides a nice extra piece to the combo, and is good against aggro decks that throw out a lot of chump blockers. I think the ideal situation is a turn 3-4 combo, turn 5 if you need Flourishing Defenses.In addition, I've thrown in some graveyard shenanigans with Necrotic Ooze and Buried Alive. All you need to do for this part of the combo is bury a Quillspike, a Devoted Druid, and a Thornling, then put Necrotic Ooze on the battlefield. It becomes a one-card combo, and with an extra 2 green mana can be an attacker with infinite PT, haste, and trample.Worldly Tutor and Fauna Shaman help to retrieve those crucial combo pieces, and Living Wish can even grab your extras from the sideboard if necessary. The rest is history - that's one big ugly porcupine!
