Deck based on aggro control. Need advice how to improve the deck and sideboard. Could use any kind of advice, what to take out and what to put in.. For example, I run negate because of pesky board sweepers. My geist doesn't like those :'( -or any other potent harmful spells. Thank you for reading

True, but compared to spectral flight isn't it somewhat useless? Usually when I play geist+spectral flight, people have hard time blocking him. Not to mention I may have azorius charm in my hand.
