this is my black red heartless summoning deck i went undefeated last fnm with this list capable of turn 3 red titan or wurmcoil very brutal t1: black cleave or basic t2: another land and heartless t3: land and tap a red for priest of urabrask to add 3 red to your pool and use the 3 red and another to play the titan or wurmcoil. or just use the 3 lands you have for either urabrask or bloodgift demon

grave titan isnt too great in this kind of deck because your getting 1/1's instead of 2/2's and the zombie tokens is what makes grave titan very good
i'd sub the reassembling skeletons for perilous myrs, they're a free shock if you have heartless summoning out and an ok chump blocker if you don't.
I second this notion.
Also consider running runescar demon instead of the diabolic tutor, it's about the same with heartless on the field and you get a nice little flying beatstick.

I think you could drop to 22 land, and switch Reassembling Skeleton with Perilous Myr, then for more of a budget, Dismember would work better than Liliana. Solemn Simulacrum is awesome in Heartless deck, by the way.
