tempo based mefolk deck. I got the idea from beelang but this is my version of the deck. Spreading seas throughs off their mana base and makes some of your merfolk unblockable. Oust is good tempo based creature removal and mental misstep throughs off their early plays like preordain or despise or goblin guides. the sovereign and commander make your merfolk get bigger. and in the sideboard you have more creature removal, spell pierce once you find out what you need to counter. revokes for those pesky swords and 1 more thada so you can steal some artifacts.
