Soul Sisters is focused around life gain with Soul Warden and Souls Attendant. With the life gain from those cards, there are a lot of combos that can make a very aggressive start where your opponent cant come back from like first turn Souls Attendant or Soul Warden into second turn Ajani's Pridemate that starts out classing Tarmoggoyf . There are a few more combos with this deck, but you can test for yourself.
In order to play this deck, you may have to experiment with it to find all the combos but once you've got them all its all up to the opening hand. At the start of the game you should be looking for a soul sister + Ajani's Pridemate combo or Serra Ascendant + Martyr of the Sands.
