Start with low drop blue mill cards to pile cards in your opponents graveyard while using the small draw mechanic to get your counters in hand to keep your opponent from gathering troops giving you time to stall eventually drawing it out until you overwhelm them with Aberration, wights and phantasms..... Or until they're unable to draw.
