I just tested this deck today, and it actually played really well, it is very fast, a little weak to really fast burn/agro decks, but otherwise amazing!

Use amulet of Vigor and scapeshifts, also Harrows, turn three win half the time with those.... otherwise it looks good. Try to take out some of the counterspells, definitely keep the lightning bolts... try to get a different secondary way of winning besides the inferno titans. Try something like rampaging Baloths, or Avenger of Zendakar. Take out the burst lightnings, and try to focus more on the Valakuts, that is what will win the game for you. I have gotten turn three wins with this, and mostly turn 4's. The problem is that I run out of lands, so keep that in mind when you play this. Especially with Scapeshifts.

Hey Charles, its Chris... ummmm 64 cards, try to widle this down to 60, maybe cut down on some of the instants, such as essence scatter. Also, look up Gomazoa, or Guard Gomazoa, if there is something big and nasty, you simply tap, and the Gomazoa and the attacking creature are put on top of their owners library, and shuffled into it. Really helpful for creature removal. 0/3 flying.
{Blue, 2 colorless}. Check out my deck called landslide, there are some cards in there that might be helpful to not only this deck but others as well
Be aware of elderazi decks with this, it doesn't have much in the way of creature removal
