sanity grinding would be absolutely insane for this deck — Reveal the top ten cards of your library. For each blue mana symbol in the mana costs of the revealed cards, target opponent puts the top card of his or her library into his or her graveyard. Then put the cards you revealed this way on the bottom of your library in any order.
if you were playing mono blue i would suggest sanity grinding, but this blue black build looks pretty good to me
maybe fling to give your opponent a nice massive chunk of damage
maybe fling or jarad so you can put all the scavenge onto 1 creature and then hit your opponent directly
take out dissipate and put in cancel so the deck is standard:)
