Deck Description

A mono green deck based around controling the opponent through enchantments and creatures.

How to Play

With 'Big Booty Ho' you want to bring out creatures with hexproof or if they dont have hexproof give them hexproof using the powerful spell known as Alpha Authority. Alpha Authority is an enchantment spell so that means it stays around until it is destroyed or the creature that it is enchanting is R.I.P. Once you have a creature down call forth the Oath of the Ancient Wood. This mighty enchantment adds counters to your creatures whenever enchantments enter the battlefield. There are 20 enchantments in 'Big Booty Ho' so you will always have enchantments to make Oath of the Ancient Wood 'Big Booty Ho' approved. Boon Satyr is a very unique character in that it is both an enchantment and a creature. So when it comes into play it triggers Oath of the Ancient Wood. If Boon Satyr is the only chatarater you have in your hand by turn 3 and you don't have Oath of the Ancient Wood in your hand play it. If you have Oath of the Ancient Wood in your hand play that first. Next turn play Boon Satyer that way Boon Satyer will come into play with a +1/+1 counter on it. Also playing Boon Satyer on the 4th turn instead of the 3rd will give you a option to cast a better creature should you draw one. The best way to use Boon Satyer is to cast it on a hexproof creature buffing that creature up. This method is so strong because say your opponent uses a spell that kills all creatures well Boon Satyer will still be in battlefield. In the late game your opponent will try to put up blockers in order to protect his or her life, so that is when Nylea, God of the Hunt comes into play. This card gives trample to all your creatures. Bow of Nylea gives you many options. For example, it gives all your creatures death touch. So normally the opponent would block your 1/1 with his or hers 5/5 but death touch makes the opponent let that little 1/1 through. Also pit fight is good for getting rid of those creatures you really need to get rid of.

Mutavault is a great card to add to the deck if you really want to make a run at the top level. With Boon Satyr in play you can use Mutavault to bring in a 2/2 enchantment creature and that will trigger Oath of the Ancient Wood. Mutavault also ensures you will always have a creature to attack with. Another cool trick you can do is, say, the other guy or gal has just been dropping your creatures with spells and now you two are in the +10 rounds of the game. Turn Mutavault in to a 2/2 generic creature type then enchant the 2/2 using Boon Satyr this will trigger Oath of the Ancient Wood. Put the counter on the land-creature. Now you have a 7/5. Okay now here comes the cool part. When your turn ends Boon Satyer turns into a creature triggering Oath of the Ancient Wood again. Which allows you to put the counter on Boon Satyer. Okay now the even more cool part the 1/1 counter stays on the land so as soon as it becomes a 2/2 enchantment creature it gets another counter making it a 4/4 if you put the new 1/1 counter on it that is.
Adding cards the make the opponent's creatures fight yours is also a good side board for this deck. This what had in mind when first making this deck.
