Deck Challenge: Tortured Existence------------Get Dark Prophecy out fore most, if you have it in your starting hand before you lay down creatures. If you don't have it just play the fast one mana creatures. Glistening Oil is the ace. You can enchant Tenacious Dead with Glistening oil and attack. During your upkeep Glistening oil will kill Tenacious Dead so you may pay the 2 mana, more so he is the only creature you have at the moment. Best of all you are doing all this during upkeep, meaning you get to untap the lands you just tapped. Also you can combo Dark Prophecy with Tenacious Dead to draw cards. Death's Shadow combos nicely with Glistening Oil for a one hit kill. However the best is when Carnifex Demon and the oil team up. Glistening Oil allows Carnifex Demon to act as a black sun and it has infect!Use Tortured Existence to sacrifice the small creature cards once you have heavy hitters in the grave yard.

When I was first learning I was told the upkeep came before every. So many people that just give out wrong info. That is way better that way. The other way it made some cards unplayable. Eith way the combo still works.
Tenacious dead and glistening oil combo would only work every other turn, with a minimum of 4 mana out just for this. Maybe sub in reassembling skeleton for this since it doesn't have to be payed when it dies. Death's shadow... Only a one hit with infect when your below 3 health. Also I'm curious how you play the non black spells with only swamps as mana source?
