The idea is to use Increasing vengeance with a card like shock of thunderous Wrath in the early game, taking your opponent down fast or making them use up a counter. After turn 6 or 7 the idea is to us an elixir and by turn 8 to use a cast one of the many one mana burn spells, then cast reverberate to copy the spell then cast Increasing Vengeance from the graveyard. Use Increasing Vengeance to target its self, coping its self twice and use those spells to copy the one burn spell in play. And that's the win for you.
