Deck Description

This deck will win any standard deck. And it's standard . . . not for long. I use this deck it rocks. However with the new 12th edition coming out I'm going to replace the cards that no longer make it standard.
It's all basic land because no pro opponent will see that coming. There are so many ways to take out non-basic land but only one way to take out basic land. Most top players are going to be playing blue black control decks. So first what you want to do is use the cards that take out cards in their hand. You want them to counter these spells because you want them to be unable to counter your creature removal. If they don't counter your Despise and Distress then you will be having them top decking and that's no good for a blue black control deck. You don't want to use your creature removal just for any creature. Use them for creatures your creatures can't handle. Once you get Skithiryx out they will do anything to take it out. If it lives through the first turn it's put out then Skithiryx is staying and they are going to lose the game for sure. The only thing you have to worry about is your opponent swarming you with ceartures if that happens do everything you can do slow them down and then use one of the spells that takes out all the creatures. The sideboard of this deck has odd cards but I'm going to put that up because it's not need to win tournament standard decks. I use it for when I'm playing opponents that are playing non-standards. And the best part about this deck is that it will not cost you a lot of money to make. Also if you come across another more faster infect deck such as an elf infect deck you need to need to take out the 1/1 infect elfs from the starts and any elf that causing other elfs to untap. I hope you enjoy it. Many people I have played against while using this deck say it is as if I am also cheating.
