You have way too many cards and only one of a Leyline isn't the greatest idea. Try cutting down on some of these cards and making it a little more constistent. Having too many cards can seem petty but it gives you a huge disadvantage against others who have as little as one card less than you.

Nimbus's ability will not work, because Walls aren't able to attack, sorry. I do like it though, nice job!

My best advice is to test it out by playing others, which may be a delay for since your friends might not play EDH yet. And yes, I think it's great! The reason why I love EDH so much is because if your like me and you have many cards but only one of many different cards, than screw standard and extended, where card consistency is vital, and just make a beautiful and unique EDH or singleton deck!

Kind of odd mana curve, because for you 3rd, 4th, and 5th turn you will be playing two and one-drops, but at least they're killing stuff so I guess that doesn't really matter. I think Death's Shadow should be replaced with something, and a splash of green wouldn't hurt because Tarmogoyf is unbelievably beast in these kinds of decks (well, that is if you can afford any, and not many people can).
