Also the new curses . . .
Haven't seen a Zur EDH before; this is nice!

I think you need more creatures and auras.

Concerning the flavor: the planeswalker who wields a swarm/army of Memnarch's past is most likely the one who takes dominance over any who cross his path . . .

Wow, clever pointing out the Fateful Hour stuff; just another way to make Phyrexian Unlife more powerful. I don't really think that you need Ad Nauseam, because you don't want a huge hand that you don't know what to do with, and then have to discard it all (including the Unearths). I say remove that and the stuff that brings back stuff from the grave for the new Fateful Hour stuff, if you feel me. Remember that this is all my opinion.

Two possible inclusions that you may want to consider are Nissa Revane and Rhys the Redeemed. Ramp may also be a good choice instead of the naturalize.
Nice deck.

Right you are. The main point, however, is that Isamaru is a pro general.

I understand that the second turn is used for Heartless Summoning, and then the next turns are playing three and four-drops with the reduced cost, but what about that first turn? The Oblivian Ring is good, but that's not for your first turn. Why I am stressing this beginning turn is because some decks may begin building their startegy already, so I recommend adding a set of one-drop creatures or just a control spell, like Wring Flesh. I do recognize Dismember, but that's only two out of sixty chance that it will appear in you opening hand.
My reccomendation is -2 Batterskull (they kind of contradict your taking advantage of the reduced cost from Heartless Summoning) and +2 one-drop (like I said, a control spell or a one-cost stall creature).
Otherwise, nice deck (the price is a little out of my reach, but I would utilize this deck idea).

Or perhaps Norin the Wary is the worst general ever . . .

I'm saying Pain's Reward. Just to keep things simple and to the point.

You pulled four Champion of the Parish at the prerelease? Haha, I just like to be sarcastic.

Firstly, thumbs up to the Death's Shadow. Secondly, the four cards I would cut would be two Chainer's Edict the two Lotus Petals, because ramp is not very necessary with all of the small-costing creatures you have. You should also find a way to get 4x Pain's Reward and 4x Phyrexian Unlife, because those are the key cards of the deck.

Since your running red with Basilisk Collar, Cunning Sparkmage couldn't hurt, could it? I just think removal should replace things like Ogre's Cleaver, because that isn't the greatest equipment. Also, Stonehewer Giant is such an important card, so you should get some ramp creatures/spells and, most importantly, Paradise Mantle!

Good job, this deck was definitely worth looking at.

I made an Isamaru EDH once (and posted), and everyone downed it, saying that he was the worst possible general ever.

Yours is good though, nice job.

I'm thinking 4x Lightning Bolt and 2x Zenith. Koth gets stuff out faster, so consider him. Otherwise, nice idea.

Haha, love the flavor! Too bad that the EDH rules won't allow you to use all of the crew members of The Weatherlight in here. I think for more flavor that agrees with EDH rules, you could add Legacy Weapon.

Such a versatile deck that is so adaptable to many of the popular archetypes, I think that Lotus Cobras (I don't know what type of budget your on) could definitley guide this deck through tournaments as a wild card archetype! One budget improvement I would preform is Omnath, Locus of Mana. It would definitley be an interesting inclusion and really fun, for example; you get Omnath out and ramp for a while, every turn using the mana you didn't use or don't plan to for Omanth, and soon enough you'll have more mana in your pool than you know what to do with. Very nice deck though, and I think that it definitley could go competitive.

Very cool, and I am happy to see a G/B deck that isn't based on infect. You Hex Parasite with Etched Monstrosity can sometimes make a Damnation affect that only kills your opponents creatures in the right situation. I think I would add more proliferate, so that you have more to send to your opponent. I have something really similar, and would appreciate if you could tell me if you think that it could go competitive;
