Deck Description

Pauper is a fun format, and Modern Masters '17 is introducing quite a few new cards! One of my favorites is Augur of Bolas. He fits in very well in this Dimir Attrition Deck. A deck based on trading one-for-one and getting card advantage off some cards, this deck is enjoyable and fun.

How to Play

Pauper has a few surprisingly powerful cards. One of my personal favorites is Accumulated Knowledge. Its first effect is over-costed, but it makes up for it starting with the second one. If you can manage to cast the third Accumulated Knowledge, you've practical built an Ancestral Recall. This and a bunch of other cards in the deck are two-for-ones: Augur of Bolas, Recoil, Soul Manipulation, Mystical Teachings, and Chainer's Edict all are high-value cards. Try to kill everything your opponent can throw at you and respond back with your own card advantage and decent-sized creatures.

Deck discussion for Pauper Control

Pretty good! I like Pauper. However, it seems like you have too many creatures to run Innocent Blood, more Chainer's Edict would be better.
