consider cutting back a few creatures and adding in a few Lord of the Undead and bad moon enchantments

What about Buried Alive or Entomb?
add shepherd of rot to weeken them for gempalms
You gotta toss in a couple Call to the Grave, watch as the other player sacrifices creatures and then add a few Beacon of Unrest, Animate Dead, or even a Lim-Dul the Necromancer to steal there creatures from there graveyard, there's nothing like killing the other player with his own creatures.
