I wanted to make a simple infect deck, so this was what I came up with. I went with creature removal cards to open the way for my infect, and also the Hand of the Praetor + Ichor Rats gives the opponent player 2 poison counter without even attacking. Comments are appreciated. I don't have a sideboard per-say, this deck is standard until October, the festering wounds I use for casual and also when the deck is no longer standard.

It's nice, i think inkmoth nexus should be added. It's an awesome card for infect and awesome card in general. Most guys at worlds this year ran 4 just to have a little something extra in the deck haha.

Yes it is a nice card, and I would love to have it, however, I always post the decks I actually have and I don't have that card, yet, my local card stores have been out as of late :( Thanks for the comment!

Badass. I used this deck in my circle of friends, and wiped the floor with their legacy decks.
it's infect. They are nasty.
I do fairly well against my friends and their legacy decks with this one.
inkmoth is a great card to have. Pricey in some areas though
not bad for standard and for the price.
Dirt cheap.
The price for all these cards in my area are about $9 total. I would say that is cheap.
Cheers mate. I played against this deck in fnm, well a similar version of it anyway, and it was a hard loss for me. The bloke who used this deck got to the semi-finals or the finals, cant remember. I know this deck well and I hate it. Cheap though, so I guess its not hard to replicate.

Proliferate would help with core prowler, I have a proliferate deck, but too many cards that cost too much. I want to use some cards in this deck, is that cool?
Nice Build. I would go with Phyrexian Crusaders as well, for 3drop, fs and pro red and white, its a great card to have.
Not half bad but I think you are sacrificing speed for proliferation. The main idea with infect is to hit hard and fast so your opponent does not have the time to perform any counter or get any win conditions on teh field. Take a look at m infect deck and see the differences. For me, with the right hand I can win on turn two
You're deck isn't even standard mate, so why compare the two? I am sure that if this was not standard, it may be fast as well. Your deck relies heavy on hoping to get a spell that will beef up your creatures. That's not fast, that's simply a beef-up.
Also this isn't a Proliferation deck, it has 4 cards that proliferate. I just like the phrase "Proliferate the infection", in other words, spread the infection.
I use Blighted Agent and Cranial Plating in my Artifactory. With just Blighted Agent + a Cranial Plating....that can SO quickly end up deadly.

How well does this deck do at FNM? I have a proliferate deck based around Throne of Geth, but I lost to U/B zombies and Battle of Wits last week
I will tell you this weekend, I couldn't make to last weeks with this deck.

I like this, but I feel you need to quicken it up a bit more instead of just adding lots of removal. If you're looking to infect & proliferate to the win, have you thought about splashing a colour to make that happen faster? Blue has some great cards that could add to your deck, like Blighted Agent & Tezzeret's Gambit (which doesn't need you to run blue at all) and even Mutagenic Growth (which also doesn't need green) for pumping whichever creature doesn't get blocked. If budget is a concern, I think you've got something here, but it depends whether you only wanna play standard? I made a U/R infect deck that includes Blighted Agent & Inkmoth Nexus with counter to protect, and a combo to blast them in one hit.
