This control deck steals creatures and stops your opponent from gaining momentum. The reason for SNOW-COVERED ISLANDs is the EXTRAPLANAR LENS, it prevents your opponents from gaining the extra mana if they have islands. ISOCHRON SCEPTER can be used with COUNTERSPELL or RUNE SNAG. The FABRICATE's are used to bring out the key artifact cards faster. Hope you enjoy it, my friends don't. Comments would be appreciated.

hahaha your right i would hate playing against this deck, my only thing is it seems the early game may be troublesome, maybe a couple unsummon to use on your scepter. please check out a couple of my decks=]

Personally, I would run Arcane Denial instead of Rune Snag if you can get some copies of it. You give your opponent the ability to get more cards, but since you always take their cards. More mind controlling for you! Arcane Denial - 1U Instant Counter Target Spell. Your opponent draws 2 cards at their upkeep, you draw 1 card at your upkeep Though you can probably replace Curse of Chains with something else. Perhaps Card Drawing spells? More cards is always good!
I've played this deck many times, and it's ability to take control fast is hardly a problem, especially with the counter spells
Very Nice deck, but i'd like to play it with my token deck Attack of the Giant Tokens because this is one of the types of decks I'm trying to negate.

This is good but i'd rid of the 1's and put some doubles of some of your other cards like Memnarch
