Just a heads up coalition victory is banned in commander decks i used to run it. maybe put a last stand there in its place otherwise really nice deck

because its a 5 colour dragon deck consider adding Draco its a 9/9 for 16 mana with an upkeep of 10 mana a turn. however it is reduced by 2 for each basic land type you control so all 5 colours it is 6 mana with no upkeep
grimgrin is broken with tokens and gravecrawler maybe add him in
pretty much any gruul from gate crash
add a felidar sovereign. 40 or more life wins the game
may i suggest a door of destinies or coat of arms in there too or both for extra fun
maybe throw in some keening stones some mind funeral and increasing confusion for massive mill

think any of these decks need an Ajani in it any of the white ones help lifelink maybe caller of the pride so you get many catsand maybe a caller of the pride to get life for each creature you play. solid deck otherwise good job
may i suggest the addition of angel of glory's rise to get all your humans back could be lethal late gameOtherwise great deck
trust me i have battled this deck and it is a force to be reckoned with. its unconventional which makes is why it is so dangerous
PERsonally I would say too diverse its unlikely you will get the card you need. GOOd idea try adding a few wurms tooth
one amazing card with these is myr battlesphere you can tap far to many myr cards for +1/+0 then deal that much damage
