I feel it needs more removal/control. Possibly 4 Devour Flesh, since its a mill based win rather then damage based. and maybe 2 of each Essence Scatter/Negate or possibly just 2-3 Cancels.

Another suggestion for removal might be Grisly Spectacle, and I would bring your Vedalken Entrancer up to 4
Removal! An excellent point. I was trying to put my finger on what was missing from this deck. Devour Flesh will be great, I think three alongside the Death's Approaches will suffice. As for the added counters, I'm unsure what to drop in lieu of it. Most of it is in the side right now, I could always switch it out for creatures and ciphers of my own is I find opponent's creatures are too troublesome.I think Grisly Spectacle is a bit costly, but avails itself as another sideboard option against opponents trying to drop in big creatures in the late game.I'd love some more draw power in here to keep the milling alive, but there aren't any good looters available as present. I've been eyeing Uncovered Clues from Dragonmaze as a potential spell seeker.
