archive trap and haunting echoes are 5 mana cost spells. standard is now very fast so you can't even play them sometimes. 8 5-mana cost is too much. maybe 3 of each. Nihil Spellbomb and Everflowing Chalice are not as useful as a bunch of counterspells

Hellfire Mongrel not so effective as a Vampire Nighthawk for 3 mana. flying, deathtouch and lifelink is hard to beat. maybe instead of Desecrated Earth, Goblin Ruinblaster + Grim Discovery to repeat land destruction. current metagame demands you have some board clearing like maybe 2 more Slagstorm. Spire Barrage is only nice if you play a mostly all Red deck. replace Piranha Marsh with two or three Evolving Wilds to get what you want. Surrakar Marauder not as useful as a Gatekeeper of Malakir. Sign in Blood can help you draw two cards.

remember.. in EDH, you need cards which affect more than just 1 threat like Austere Command. all white deck has to play 1 Sun Titan and 1 Gift of Estates
too many 4 mana spells and not enough early game. Ichor Rats with Hand of the Praetors means sooner win. Phyrexian Crusader is smaller but Vatmother is suicide if opponents have many token blockers.
if you hit infinite you won't need 4 comet storm. focus on how to keep your myrs alive in the first few turns. you will hit infinite and then you won't need 4 of each costly spell.
looks fun but 4 of each titan would make too many of your opening hands unplayable. you should focus on blue (jace) and green mana (piper). replace some with counterspells (starting turns) and preordain to find lands. maybe ratchet bomb or perilous myr to handle aggro. won't need Primeval Titan. just my opinion
add some discard to less threats to your plan
too many Traumatize.. at most 3. casting a second doesn't affect as much. Angel's Feather and Kraken's Eye should be cheaper mana cost creatures with lifelink so you gain life faster. consider the Wall called Plumeveil
you will get hands when you can't really play anything or defend yourself. these are things opposite of Charlie
too many high cost mana spells.. need more burn like Pyroclasm or Slagstorm because other decks are FAST
Cystbearer is nice but Viridian Corrupter for the same mana cost, can destroy opponent artifacts
i am sure you will need more than just 10 lands. since you are playing all white.. you can check the card Emeria, the Sky Ruin for 3 to 4 lands
need to find an easier way to pay for your high cost spells. only 3 lands?
don't know how Call to Mind could add to the fun. Tidings seems like a nice draw card unless you want an 'x'U cost type spell
if you want to be more competitive, an all white deck can use Emeria, the Sky Ruin to get back 3 mana cost stuff by turn 7. add some Day of Judgements and stronger lasting creatures until you get there.
-4 Twincast, go for some counterspells, defensive creatures or drawing
if you go infect, you have to go more completely. otherwise, you forgot Vampire Nighthawk (one of the best in standard)
