Believe me, I would if I could, but Tempo Thresh is sadly quite expensive :/ I've made more budget friendly versions, and they just get ran over to easily.
Give me a rundown on what the deck's supposed to achieve and I'll see if I can make a budget version. I've taken it upon myself to build budget decks :p
Well it's tempo thresh, so overly efficient beaters and a lot of tempo basically. Basically just fast tempo, notably Nimble Mongoose and Delver are the cards that make it thresh. Fire/Ice is an old standby that newer thresh decks sometimes phase out for Dismember, but the cards that have to be in for the sake of the tempo side of the deck are Stifle and Wasteland.
