The owner of this deck hasn't added a sideboard, they probably should...

Deck Description

Stall out the opponent until they get milled. Rites of Flourishing and Temple Bell help speed things up, and Wheel of Sun and Moon allows you to fetch lands with ease.

Dreaded Mind over Matter-Temple Bell combo? no problem. Just buyback Constant Mists to reload your library.

Deck discussion for Legacy Turbofog

10 Stars for class. I can appreciate what you are trying to do. Can't say whether it works or not, but kudos to you.

Yeah, I must say this is a tasty deck. I like what ya' have here but the only thing that'd I'd suggest takin' out would be your Murmuring Bosk, too situational considering you don't really have Treefolk & it deals damage to ya'. Just swap them for more of your basic lands to help speed & security of this deck, but I like the deck-thinning cards that you have here as well. Nice mix of cards, I give ya' 7.8 Stars on this one boss. I'd appreciate a review & rating on one of my decks in my profile as well. Keep up the good work!

Perhaps Oracle of Mul Daya? Might be viable.

I would cut Crucible of Worlds, since it doesn't really do anything in a deck with Wheel of Sun and Moon. If all your cards end up on the bottom of your library, it's not like you'll ever have land in your graveyard.

Nice deck. I was thinking of posting a similar one, but as always, you beat me to the punch. I was going to use Howling Mine's and Etherial Haze in addition to some cards you used here in my idea. I mite still post a fog deck.
