This is a spirit tribal build, it's a bit of a mess so suggestions welcome.

here are some cards you might want to consider:
Augury Owl-scry 3 on an ETB trigger
Eyes of the Watcher-scry mana sink
Judge Unworthy-sideboard against aggro or midrange-works well with all the expensive miracle cards
Condescend- syncopate with scry upside

I would suggest boros charm since your already playing a w/r land. And it might be too slow but Warleader's Helix is pretty nice against an aggro/burn mirror. volcanic geyser doesn’t seem optimal. If you don’t want to add white then skullcrack is pretty sweet.

Try Glistener Elf instead of vector asp.

Heartbeat of spring might work well in this kind of deck. Try it out! :D

a 4 cost 2/2 flyer is fine at best but if your opponent keeps killing it then it will clog up your card draw. It will work for triggering the extort ability but there are better cards that can do that same thing.

with Archangel of thune on the battlefield every time you extort you can put a +1/+1 counter on each creature you control.

archangel of thune would be great in this deck!

Also take out assassin strikes and dark revenants for 4 doom blade as removal

having open mana and speed is very important in magic assassin strikes and dark revenants will slow you down.

Have you thought about adding wall of frost?

Instead of oust, put in 2x oblivion ring. I know its 3 mana but its worth it.

yeah and I enjoy magic quite a bit but I need to spend as little money as possible. Rhox faithmeder and celestial mantle are not cheap.
