hmmm. needs removal but that can get tough in mono blue. think of something bcause im clueless. maybe coat of arms to make your ninjas big

I think 4 Mana Leak and 4 Remove Soul should be replaced by 3 Mana Leak 1 Remove Soul and 4 Negate. You have ways to deal with creatures already with Shuriken and your Ninjas, but you have no way to deal with spells so I would put in Negates for Spells. Mana Leak gets weaker later on so that is why only 3 copy of it. Change the Condescend for Unsummon or Boomerang I would take out the Infiltrator il-Kor because it's not a Ninja and suspend isn't that great when your trying to Ninijistu stuff Since I can't really think of much blue Ninjas, you could play Clone -1 Mana Leak -3 Remove Soul/ Essence Shatter -4 Infiltrator il-Kor -4 Condescend +2/3 Clone? +4 Unsummon/Boomerang +4 Negate +2 Higure, the Still Wind
run 2 or 3 higures don't run clone like chilly said it isn't needed run 4 ornithopters to be sure you have it stream of consciousness isn't needed too so replace it by a controlling spell or a finisher replace infiltrator il kor by th eninja that can make ninjas return to your hand for 2 i can't remember the name if i were you i'd run 22 lands out of that the deck isn't bad at all oh yes you could allso run counterspell instead of mana leak ciao run negates as chilly said and unsmummons
