so how bout that meld mechanic?? Im not sold on it, but this is my attempt to abuse it.
So Deck is designed to deal 18 damage by just playing one creature. Bruna, the Fading Light. You need to have Gisela in the graveyard, ideally. use the cathedral sanctifiers as life buffers and meat shields and also you can path them to ramp so we can pull off the combo quicker. you also need either war storm surge or pandemonium out one the battle field. By the time we can cast Bruna, either of them are easily affordable. So you can use either angelic purge or avacyn to get Gisela into the graveyard, (or side in lightning helix for a third, more consistent option) then play pandemonium. then play Bruna, target Gisela... When Bruna enters, pandemonium triggers for 5 damage, Then Gisela triggers pandemonium for an additional 4, then meld the two angels and Brisela triggers pandemonium for 9, totaling eighteen damage... if you haven't dealt two damage to them already then..... idk.
