Felidar Sovereign makes any white life gain deck better, but the card is expensive. Other than that, I would replace the 4x nearheath pilgrim with 4x Healer of the Pride. For one more mana, it will give you more life in the long run especially with all of your small creatures and the sun titans.

take out four of your mana creatures and add 4x Druids' Repository.......that with primordial or protean hydra is a great combo.
I like the concept....but if you don't get an endless wurm within the first couple of turns it is pointless....
I like the mechanic of the deck, but with all of your strong cards, even if they only cost 3 or 4 mana, you will probably find that you don;t have enough mana....but i haven't play tested it, so I don't know for sure....possibly take out some of your instants....just a thought
