I like it but I have to agree with above posting timely reinforcements not really needed as it doesn't produce merfolk tokens.

I honestly think your trying to do too many things.... get rid of Lilianna, she's too expensive to cast, put in either Jace the Mind sculptor, or cheaper alternative, see beyond.

I would cut the white completely from the and just run U/B.

Check my similar deck

question though... does conspiracy allow all the sliver to be elves and slivers? or does it strip them of their sliver status?

instead of the reflex sliver... try the heart sliver... only 2 casting cost 1/1 sliver that gives haste

Over all I like the deck... it uses many slivers I haven't considered using before, Two thumbs up from me

another suggestion.... since sliver are legacy cards anyway.... counterspell would be a better piece of counter magic than cancel is.

instead of the spitting sliver that cost 5 to get out maybe try the talon sliver 2 to cast both give first strike, however the talon is only 1/1 instead of 3/3.

Brilliant deck! With the allies turned into slivers and the mistform slivers turning slivers into allies thats crazy! No room for the sinuw or muscle slivers in there? They can pump up all your sliver allies, and are probably better than the plated slivers.

Your running 8 counterspells is that allowed? I think 4 is the limit of any one card

Good idea.... I swaped out the air elementals (filler.. blockers) for 4 of the twincasts. The control magic will serve the same function, steal his big creatures.

The odds of getting 9 mana together to pull of the big mill is very slim. It does instantly end the game if you do though.

Despite the lack of 5 colours I still think it will be a slow deck... lots of high casting cost slivers to get out there. My sliver deck I have built is five colours, fast and devastating.

I've tried my hand at using allies as well. Just a Blue/ Black deck designed to discard and mill creatures into the graveyard then reanimate them onto the battlefield using Liliana Vess. Question though. When the allies are returned to play from the graveyard does their ally abilities go off again?
