Start typing a card name and use the auto-complete feature to quickly select the card you're trying to add. Enter a quantity and add that card to your sideboard!
Submit a list of cards below to bulk import them all into your sideboard. Post one card per line using a format like "4x Birds of Paradise" or "1 Blaze", you can even enter just the card name by itself like "Wrath of God" for single cards.
I made it blue and white to keep my myr alive longer. Ok, Sacrifice non token myr's to the forgemaster, reivive the myr and play and sacrifice again. This is the slow way. Faster, with the deathmantle you can automatically return something into the battlefield from graveyard... so precursor golems and myr battlespheres are great sacrificing targets. Otherwise, use the forgemaster to get anything you need, use the myr for infinite mana to play things from your hand or to revive and play other cards. All it needs is a white and blue spell with X in the mana cost :D Unless wrath of god pops up or similar you should be ok. And even then spell pierce it! Use the forgemaster for any card you want. Need the enemy open? Pull a mindslaver, need not to lose? Angel or Emperion, need another forgemaster? *smirks*

Easy, any kuldotha deck needs one in the deck. Not for the proliforate but for the colorless black sun zenith it is. Tinker it out, Proliforate everything they have small or dead, then sac it for something else. :D
