Deck Description

I was messing around with ramp and made this, it has gone through being all colors 4 colors, and finally settled on WBRG and no blue (was too difficult even with card draw to pull off the silly things i wanted to, however a single island is included anyways)

Weaknesses: Land destruction of any kind, the deck as barely enough lands of each color to pull off the spells, Control is highly annoying but that is always true, and of course rush/infect

rush/infect is problematic as some of their draws can win before turn 4 (against infect I would want ideally 4 meliras in the sideboard, as for rush marrow shards would be good sideboard against them)

Deck strategy,
The starting hand: Make sure you have 1 green mana and 2-3 minimum mana depending on how many colores are in the starting hand, and that you have one mana fixer spell handy.

The first few turns are dull as you do nothing other then maybe a gitaxian probe on them, on turn two ideally you play the heart expedition with a harrow or cultivate on turn three. Allowing you on turn four to have 6 mana and 7 if you play another land.

Now that you have mana, you can simply prevent them from winning via their creatures by using spot removal via red sun, mass removal via black sun or lifes finale, enslave is spot control if they are playing ramp with titans (after all I don't have any so I simply take over them).

Inbetween killing and preventing threats, you can play your black deck control spells, namely praetor's grasp. Pull out the most deadly thing, then play it against them. Or pull out the most useful such as more card draw, more creature control, artifact... etc. Or anything you dont want them to have.

Batterskull is basically for health gain and a constant blocker.
The plainswalkers...
Elspeth is for making blockers and gaining health, and her ultimate if you get it to happen is a fun way to ruin the other players day.

Koth is there for a bit of extra mana, but mostly for the 4/4 mountain and being another target.

Chandra is there for a bit of extra damage, spot removal, and if she gets to her ultimate...

Liliana vess is the one that fits the most with lifes finale to supply her with powerful creatures.

this deck may be too confused. i feel theres too much going on for you to have enough cinergy for you to do what you planned with this deck. perhaps try cutting some of the fat? idk, just a suggestion. not bad though.
