My inspiration for this deck was my fiancee...we were talking about world religions and the promises they give people and how blindly people follow these things to achieve what they think they want. So basically this is a deck with humans and clerics(the worshippers/spreaders of the "word") and a angel(a sign of the promised ascention). However oddly this deck does OK on casual night. I think she has been in the top 8 twice with it lol.
Control your opponent long enough to grind down their life points. Use the rush of this deck alongside Suture to boost your lifepoints and help take down your oponents. Also use Banisher priest/oblivion ring/ Fiend hunter and lyev decree to keep your opponents creatures off the field while you wreak havoc.Also the combo of "Soul Sisters" (soul warden and soul attendant) keep your life points at rediculous levels.
