I like it, but i feel like it could be alot alot more powerful.

I have ran a deck similar to this one. I would suggest a Liliana Vess in it to get all their creatures out on your side and then run them over with their own creatures. Also Nightmares are good too, but your deck is Black and Blue so that may not be what you're looking for. Also Avatar of Woe (older card but a good one) is a good assassin creature with alot of power/toughness and can be cheap to get out.
I don't want it to be a pure mill deck. But I am wanting it to have a few mill cards in it. So I am changing it up to a black with a splash of blue, and mostly vampires for creature. I want to actually cut down the amount of cards in the deck, but I want to keep the blue in just because it makes it more brutal in late game.
I like this one. Alot. I made a rat deck and it looks similar I think
