get out as many shadowborn apostle as you can, that's the first and most important. second sac the apostles and get out rune-scarred demon and choose either the thrumming stone or the crypt ghast if you already have a thrumming stone in hand. or for the second step, get out griselbrand and keep attacking with him until you feel comfortable to use his effect to draw 7 cards. then with that you either use door of destines on shadowborn apostle or use thrumming stone and to ripple 4 and get out more apostles. then when your graveyard is getting full use elixir of immortality and put all of your cards back into your library. or if you have used many apostles use the immortal servitude and get your apostles back on the field and to ramp it using DoD.

ravenous demon is gone, abyss is staying so screw that part.... and no return spells, but with all of the free mana from all of these other creature and land cards, you can use consume spirit which could be the game winning card.
