i have a vampire deck as well, and its very similar to yours...have you also considered these cards?

first:

-3 diabolic tutor
-2 Bloodwitch of malakir
-4 blood seeker
-1 mind sludge
-1 sdistic sacrament
-2 feast of blood
-2 vampire's bite

and take out marsh flats. as you are only playing one color you really dont need marsh flats not to mention that you have to sac a life, replace with swamps...not that it will matter... HOWEVER!

These are new worldwake cards and totally rape...

+2 butcher of malakir (bb5...flying + when creature you control is sent to graveyard, target player sacs a creature...and its a 4/5)
+2Anowon the ruin sage (legendary) (bb3..at beginning of upkeep each player sacs a non vampire creature, who cares about how much atk/def he has...)
+4 kalastria Highborn (bb...bloodchief ascension when your creature gets sent to graveyard if u pay extra black mana)
+3 bloodghast
+2 nocturnus

i think that these cards will synergize better to work out better for u... since bloodghast is weak and doesnt die with landfall he just temporarily gets sent to the graveyard, kalastria makes them lose 2 life anyway and u gain 2 life and with butcher they have to sac a creature it dies...also with multiple kalastria (considering they are cheap to play 2 for 2/2), you can keep activating the ability and you gain 2x life and they lose 4x life with sanguine blood is on the field. Otherwise they take 2 damage. also we can most likely use feast for blood to destroy bloodghast...they lose a shit ton of life and u gain a shit ton and sac a creature. lol...
